Between the worlds — life in the shore zone
The excursion participants for this excursion will meet on Saturday, September 3rd, 2005 at 10 a.m. at the parking lot of the Wilderness School Teerofenbrücke.
Experience has shown that the riparian zones, the border area between land and water, offer particularly species-rich and diverse habitats. To get to know this, Mrs. invites Dr. Andrea Mess from the Museum of Natural History in Berlin on an expert, but generally understandable excursion to the Lower Oder Valley. This excursion is particularly suitable for children.
In connection with the species-rich habitats, Dr. Manfred Ade from the systematic advice and Education Berlin on the importance of wilderness areas for medicinal plant science.
