Crane migra­tion in the Low­er Oder Valley

Under the expert guid­ance of Dr. Rudolf Rein­hard, the ornitho­log­i­cal cura­tor of the Berlin Zoo­log­i­cal Gar­den, the last excur­sion of the Nation­al Park Foun­da­tion in 2007 will take place on Wednes­day, Octo­ber 3rd, 2007 at 4:45 pm. The cranes migrat­ing to their win­ter quar­ters and rest­ing in the Low­er Oder Val­ley are the crown­ing glo­ry of the excur­sion series. The meet­ing point is the ice cream par­lor in Gartz / O., Kas­tanien­allee 8.

There are overnight accom­mo­da­tions in the Teero­fen­brücke Wilder­ness School.
